Library

The CDUT library holds 2,030,000 volumes and over 2,6000 electronic-journals. The university archive is one of the first-grade archives in China’s research institutions and universities, and one of the largest archives in Sichuan Province. In addition, CDUT's East Library has opened since 2016.

Museum

The CDUT museum, with more than 100,000 specimens, is one of the largest natural museums in West China. On display are many world and national class treasures. Among these treasures is the 22-meter-long Mamenchisaurus hochuanensis, the world’s longest-necked Jurassic dinosaur. Another is the Chungkingichthys tachuenses, a rare complete fish fossil.

Dormitory

The student apartments in Chengdu University of Technology are divided into five zones: Lotus Garden, Camphor Garden for girls, Ginkgo Garden, Dove Tong Garden and Songlin Garden for boys. Undergraduate and junior college students have 4 to 6 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning and independent bathroom.

Dining Hall

Chengdu University of Technology has 4 canteens, which are Lotus Restaurant, Ginkgo restaurant, Dove Tong Restaurant and Shui Long Yin Restaurant. The tablewares in the canteens are all strictly sterilized and can be used reliably.

Hospitals

The hospital provides medical services such as medical rescue, health management and infectious disease prevention and control for all teachers and students. It has been awarded the title of "Advanced Unit in School Health Work" by The Education Department of Sichuan Province for many times.

Sports & Entertainment

Chengdu University of Technology campus has two playgrounds, one in the west (Ginkgo playground), one in the east (Camphor playground). It is convenient for students in each dormitory to exercise. There is a basketball court and table tennis table and badminton court next to furong Garden, which is convenient for the female students who live in furong to exercise. There are basketball and badminton courts next to the pine Forest garden. Ginkgo garden next to the futsal soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court. There is also a table tennis table near the library. The school has a gymnasium, indoor basketball court, badminton court, table tennis table. It is very convenient for those who love sports!
