Description

This course examines organizations and operations of U.S. legal system, legal rules and ethical constraints on business, and the practical applications of these rules. Students will gain knowledge of the legal process, administrative regulations, and liabilities of employment. Topics on securities, transactions and environmental law will be discussed as well. Students will develop analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making in business.
